REFUND POLICY

BBY Cosmetics has a strict no refund and no return policy, with the exception of product damage or defects reported within 72 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return for damaged or defective products, customers must contact us at support@bbycosmetics.com with the following information:

  1. Include your Name best way to contact you via email or text
  2. Include order number
  3. Details of the damage or defect, and supporting photos or videos.
  4. A response can be expected within 5 business days. 

The company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipment.
